103 older adults, with several comparison groups
The abstract describes 103 community-dwelling adults, average age about 68, assigned to land-based elastic-band training, water-based training or control groups, with creatine or placebo.
The exercise groups trained three times a week in structured sessions. This is not the same situation as adding a powder without a training plan.
This tool uses public research summaries. It does not ask for health details, assess suitability or calculate a dose. Changing a study keeps your chosen view so you can compare the same question across papers.
